Fault analysis of stone carving machine in use
Engraving machine in the process of use will inevitably occur faults, it is very necessary to understand the analysis and solution of some common faults, here mainly introduces the solutions to the common five types of faults.
Alarm failure
Overrange alarm indicates that the machine has reached its limit during operation. Please check the following steps:
1. Whether the size of the designed graph is beyond the processing range.
2. Check whether the connecting line between the motor shaft and the lead screw is loose. If so, tighten the screw.
3. Whether the machine and computer are properly grounded.
4. Whether the value of the current marker exceeds the value range of the soft limit.
Overrange alarm and disarm
When the machine is out of range, all the moving axes are automatically set in the point moving state. As long as the manual arrow key is always held down, the machine will recover the connected moving state at any time when it leaves the limit position (i.e. out of the point switch of the over-range). When moving the workbench, pay attention to the direction of movement, must be far away from the limit position; The soft limit alarm should be able to clear XYZ in the coordinate setting
Non alarm fault
1, repeated processing accuracy is not enough, according to the first second item inspection.
2, the computer runs, the machine does not move, check whether the computer control card and electrical box connection head is loose, if so, insert tightly, and tighten the fixing screw.
3. If no signal can be found when the machine returns to the mechanical origin, check according to Article 2. The proximity switch at the mechanical origin failed.
The output fault
1, no output, please check whether the computer and the control box is connected properly.
2, open the carving manager in the setting of the space is full, delete the manager is not used in the file.
3, signal cable connection is loose, carefully check whether the line is connected.
Carving fault
1. Whether the screws in each part are loose.
2. Check whether the path you are handling is correct.
3, whether the file is too large ten million computer processing errors.
5, loosen the knife chuck, turn the knife in the direction of clamping, put the knife, so as not to carve the object is not smooth and clean.
6, check whether the cutter is damaged, put on a new knife, re carving.
